    For starters most of the teachers in this school have very strict policies. Each teacher assumes that their class is most important, but they don't consider that these kids have more than just their class. These students have 6 different classes to attend and each teacher thinks their own way. Most of these teachers assign hours of homework a day, which is why most of the students come to class looking all droopy and exhausted. Some of these teachers give notice about a test the day before it comes up. How do the students have enough time to finish their homework, do extra curricular classes, and then study for an upcoming test that's due the next day. The system makes no sense. It's ridiculous that students have to stay up doing homework and studying all night. They have lives too, they'd like to enjoy them, it's bad enough they go to school to write and do work everyday, and on top of that u give them packets of homework. This needs to be changed

    SIB Realty is really professional and very proactive agency! Evelina Tsigelnitskaya supported us a lot when helped to find a great apartment while we were overseas.     It is very difficult to find a good realtor who would honestly work with you on all fronts. Especially if you are in New York and looking for property in Florida. After numerous different agents, we finally met Evelina. It has been 8 years, 3 properties and multiple rentals since then and I honestly can say that we were blessed working with her. Always responsive, super professional, brutally honest when needed - she became more of a friend to us than just an agent. We always recommend her services to our friends if they need any advice about Florida real estate!
